Working in partnership with GovNewsDirect we recently hosted a webinar on Conquering Customer Experience.
With citizens expecting a world-class service from the public sector we wanted to share our experience, along with that of Redbridge Council’s Head of Change, Emeran Saigol and Digital Communications Manager,Corinne Barrett. Emeran and Corinne talked about their own forms exceptional customer experience and drew upon their experiences implementing the council’s successful One Customer Voice Initiative.
Emeran and Corinne were also be joined by our own Paul Allen, Director at Opus Telecoms who discussed the unified communications infrastructure required and practicalities in achieving a forward-thinking CX (customer experience) strategy.
