Despite a busy afternoon of European Championship football our Customer Service Seminar was well attended yesterday morning at the Mitel City Office. Mitel’s Global Product Marketing Manager for Customer Engagement, Tim Kimber delivered the keynote presentation on “The New Mobile Consumer Is Here – Are You Prepared?”

Tim shared considerable industry insight in the changing customer behaviour and the impact it is having on customer service expectations and consumer loyalty. The presentation included two video case studies one for Red Funnel Ferries and a simulated customer multi-media experience for Wicked Tix. You can watch the videos below.

Tim’s presentation was followed by a Mitel MiContact Centre Business demonstration from Mitel Technical Consultant, Shameem Smillie and a MiCollab Client demonstration from Mitel Pre Sales Consultant, Mark Anderson.
