The categories are: ##### BEST ENTERPRISE CLOUD SOLUTION The award recognises reseller hosted or cloud solutions that have increased customer productivity, improved efficiencies and reduced costs in enterprise sized private or public-sector organisations with more than 250 employees. ##### BEST SME UC SOLUTION (which we were subsequently Highly Commended for!) The award recognises reseller unified solutions that have increased customer productivity, improved efficiencies and reduced costs in small to medium sized private or public-sector organisations up to 250 employees. ##### THE KEEPING BRITAIN WORKING AWARD This special award for 2020 is for resellers that has gone above and beyond the call of duty to ensure a vital customer (i.e. hospital, care home, hospice, supermarket chain, logistics firm, utility or government organisation) was able to keep communicating during the Covid-19 crisis. We are particularly proud to have been shortlisted for this category as the whole team at Opus has worked tirelessly to support medical practices, mental health charities and hospitals maintain patient services and communication throughout the current pandemic. ##### Awards Ceremony Due to the current restrictions the Comms National Awards ceremony is set to be streamed live from London Marriott Hotel Grosvenor Square on Thursday 22th October 2020, with smart top-half for online guests – anything goes below the waist it seems. We have our fingers crossed and look forward to the 22nd.
