Public Sector Speakers Share Insight into Conquering Customer Experience

We were treated to some fascinating insights into Digital Transformation journeys both at the Passport Office with the launch of online passport applications and the Department of Works and Pensions with their interactive changes to the provision of online state pension forecasting. We also heard from the House of Commons and how putting customers at the forefront of technology decision is key for them and from West Sussex County Council and the steps they are taking to improve customer experience.

Our own Paul Allen share the 3 ingredients needed for next generation customer experience with help from Alex Nicholl from Bizvu, talking through the possibilities of delivering true Omni-Channel CX, with Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Robotic Process Automation (RPA).

Chaired by Julie Rendle-Eames, Head of Customer Experience at West Sussex County Council, there were a number of interesting themes that reoccured at the forum around omni-channel, digital transformation, smartphones and changing capabilities and demands of both staff and citizens.
